Join us for a vibrant celebration of culture and unity at Vivência de Capoeira IV: Ubuntu! Whether you’re beginning your movement exploration or an experienced pro, this event is for all!
Experience the energy and rhythm of capoeira as professional and amateur athletes from around the world gather in Chicago for a weekend of learning and celebration. You can also explore the vibrant world of Brazilian dances with captivating workshops featuring samba de roda, maculelê, Puxada de Rede, and more. Take workshops from world-class teachers and immerse yourself in the rich heritage of this dynamic Brazilian martial art form with African roots.
Admission and workshops are FREE for those experiencing capoeira or Brazilian dance for the first time. Bring along your friends, family, and anyone curious to experience the joy of these vibrant cultural traditions! This event is for all ages.
